The core academic program in The Department of Public Administration is the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program, a professional degree accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPAA). Students can also pursue the MPA as part of a dual degree program with Social Work (MPA-MSW Dual Degree) or Nursing (MPA-MS Nursing Dual Degree). Graduate certificates are available in Non-Profit Administration and Asian and Asian-American Studies . A fast-track combined degree program is available for outstanding undergraduate students at Binghamton University in several academic disciplines. These programs allow a student to complete a baccalaureate degree and the MPA within 5 years of carefully planned study.
