Morello holds a bachelor of arts in liberal arts and an MBA from Binghamton University. She serves as dean of Community Education for Broome Community College, managing the function responsible for corporate training. In addition to serving as an instructor for the MPA Program, she is also a faculty member for the University of Phoenix Online where she teaches courses in organizational behavior and strategic management. Morello also serves as an independent consultant for strategic planning and grant development, a corporate trainer for grant writing and creativity courses and a grant reviewer for the Department of Education.
